Harness & Cable Simulation

Route and validate wire harnesses in the digital twin.

Harness and cable simulation checks routing, length and interference inside the 3D model, reducing rework on the physical build and speeding electrical sign-off.

I. What it delivers

  • Route wire harnesses and cables inside the 3D digital twin
  • Check length, interference and serviceability before build
  • Flag clashes with structure, fluids and other systems
  • Generate harness data that feeds downstream manufacturing

II. How we build it

1. Harness authoring

We define bundles, connectors and routing paths from your electrical schematic so the virtual harness matches the real one.

2. Interference check

We simulate routing in context to catch clashes and pull-through issues early, while length and weight are computed automatically.

3. Data hand-off

We export validated harness geometry and BOM for fabrication and quality checks, closing the loop to manufacturing.

III. Outcomes

Electrical rework on the physical build drops sharply once routing is proven in the model.

Routing and length are right the first time, speeding electrical sign-off across the program.
