For a southern grid operator, we built a full-scope virtual simulation platform used to drill emergency response with more than 200 operators.
Scenarios that are too risky or costly to run on the live grid were rehearsed repeatedly in simulation, building muscle memory without operational exposure.
Training moved from slide decks to hands-on, measured practice.
